In 1994 I set off to beautify communities by eliminating "wirescape" ... above ground electric power transmission substations, towers, and lines.
Successful projects in Las Vegas led to proposed projects in New Orleans, New York City, Los Angeles, and San Diego. Opportunities exist in areas with expensive real estate, physical security requirements, or aesthetic demand offsets infrastructure relocation costs. Along the way I also began developing clean energy projects.
